Oww... my right hand is covered in rope burns... well... it didnt exactly come from a rope, but from rope-like material... a.k.a, the handle on my cello case which slipped out of my hand when i was carrying it to the car last night so now i have what looks exactly like rope burn. Creative Arts was great... not great as in great performances, great as in i got the whole day off school yesterday for rehersals and it was funny that everyone kept screwing up. First off was cello ensemble... we were playingwhen orchestra ran onto the stage from behind us and started setting up... so funny... we couldnt hear each other play so we were all on different bars. Then we had orchestra, we completely screwed up in the hall of the mountain king, well, the oboes screwed it up... i dont think ive ever heard that note before... and in the pirates of the carribean medely the idea was for a bunch of year 7's to run out infront of the stage and have sword fights... they ran our full on screaming, and some idiot gave 4 or 5 of them microphones... everyone freaked out, it sounded like a kid who had just had half its body chopped off... Then orchestra was off, and since steph figel (another girl who plays cello) and i forgot to buy tickets we went wandering around looking for spare seats, we were then sent to the spare seats on the balcony, so we went up 7 flights of stairs, only to realise that we went up too high and ended up on the roof *grins* so we ahd to go back down again, where we found eileen and a couple of other girls... Then we had an interval... when eily and i found out that eily's dad went to the toilet an hour and a half prior to interval and never got back... soo funny... we eventually found out he was sick and in the car. We then went looking for stephie's brother richard, because eily's broher rick wanted to beat him up for no apparent reason... but we never found him, we did find marie, so all three of us went back tot he balcony to sit. Then about half way into act 2 we realised that there was a guy and a girl making out behind us... extremely uncomfortable... yeah... then when the show was over and the lights came back on marie and i spotted the guy doing up his fly and the girl pulling her underwear up from under her skirt... o.0 Anyways, apart from that one incident, creative arts was pretty good...
