Had to go shopping for my own Christmas present (i know, great parents I have...) the c.d has ended up being sold out, so I have to go to another shopping center. Odd thing happened, this really "popular" (and i use the term loosly) girl from my year level, Anita, was at the shopping center with, oddly enough, her mother (after her lecture on the lameness of shopping with parents) she actually stopped, and goes "Hi Kira, how was France?? Did you have heaps of fun??" this struck me as really odd, she had never spoken to me before and i strongly doubted that she knew I was gone. Anyways, I was tlaking to Jacqui when I got back, apparently the whole "popular" group has split, none of them can stand each other anymore, now, my school is entirely based on a hierarchial status, and that status is determined by size, its like a system of power (sad, i know) the igger group discides stuff for the whole year level, now, if they dont get back together, its our group who gets run of the mill, its not like were really big, its just that every other group has broken up so theyres like little groups of 3 and 4 eveywhere. Scary, huh?? Anyways, al the "popular" girls are trying to branch off into other groups, and theyre not as dumb as they act, were the second biggest group and they know it, so theyre all sucking up to us, really sad, none of us want anything to do with them though so it will get interesting...
