Happy birthday to me...
Anyways, came home this morning at 1am, so glad to get off the plane, my arse was going numb sitting through a 28 hour flight.
Ive lost seven kilos since I left Aus, I feel soo bad because of it, you know when you work soo hard at something, and your finally getting there and then you take a break and it just goes tumbling down, crashing onto you?? That seven kilos was all muscle, nine months of body conditioning to get that muscle and in 3 weeks I lost it, bloody harsh, my legs are soo thin now, I hate them, I swear, I am not wearing shorts, my legs are waaaaaaay too thin and they look odd *pulls faces*
Anyways, ill talk about my trip, eh, France isnt too great, I honestly prefer Australia, believe it or not, people are generally rude and arrogant, then find out your australian and suck up to you as if you were some fucking Queen, I dont know why but the French seemed to have this abnormal obsession with Australia, oddly enough I was sick of not being treated like, for lack of proper termage "teenage scum" my nationality got me extra food, better seats at resturaunts, extra channels at hotels, it sucked.
I loved Thailand though, if I could live anywhere else in the world it would be there, of course then I would have to learn Thai... people there tend not to look down on you as much, there is no "set fashion" and most people just wear whatever the hell they feel like and generally dont give a shit about people's looks or how they dress, it really makes you feel comfortable with yourself. Plus, Thai coke tastes better than other Coke, and its red, not brown... which is kind of odd, but it tatses different, but a better different *heh*
Anyways, we went to all the big fancy tourist attractions, they sucked, then we went to the Louvre, now our tour guide dragged us through the museum at a fast pace so we could see the Mona Lisa, which really pissed me off, there was soo many gorgeous artworks in that museum that I couldnt see because I had to see the worlds most over-rated piece of crap. When we got to the painting, yeah, my thoughts were confirmed, the Mona Lisa is the worlds biggest (well, it isnt exactly big but...) piece of over-rated crap. There is no beauty, no story to it, people only look at it to see those eyes move, hello, every second painting has eyes like that, there was a Japanese tour group there just walking from side to side watching the eyes move... Anwyays, Eileen agreed with me that it was simply over-rated crap so we wandered off and saw the aincient greek and aincient egyptian art... there was a statue in the aincient greek section of Princess Ariadne, i swear, it was the most gorgeous statue ever... if I ever have a daughter im naming her Ariadne... heh... and the statue of Pan was soo cute...
Anyways, have to go to school tomorrow to pick up the 7 exams i havent got back yet, so ill post my results, and to get my yearbook.
