Melbourne Cup weekend... we get today and tomorrow off... Whoop-de-do, id rather be at school, why is a day dedicated to gambling a public holiday anyways?? Stupid day, and why do we encourage little kids to gamble "Look sweetie, which horsie do you think will win??" Geez... the government thinks we have a gambling problem, yet the make a public holiday dedicated to gambling... stupid government... Anyways, as per usual, my family has put all the horses names in a hat and we have to pull out two each, I have Makybe Diva and Hugs Dancer... eh... Makybe Diva is one of the favourites and she has a pretty good Flemington record (now see, isnt it wrong that by age 6 i could read a betting sheet??) ...plus, I had her last year aswell and she came third (im pretty sure, cant remember) I feel soo sorry for Babs... no-one came to her party, she was really upset, so me and her went out for dinner, it was really fun, we went to this chinese resturaunt, then went to her place and watched a couple of dvd's and played with her pet mice... ++Edit++ Eh... she came first... not third...
