july 7th 2008 monday 11:32 pm i am trying to record music in my bedroom. i have my yamaha and chord organ scattered around my computer. my friend cory & i recorded a song together although i don't think it constitutes as a song because 1) it's not finished and 2) i don't know if want to finish it. at the moment i am using mediafire to upload my files, but am trying to find a place where i can have the mp3s available without downloading. in this song i think i sound like a little girl, cory sounds like cory although i can't speak for his guitar skills because i don't know if it's technically good, the quality isn't that great, and the lyrics are silly (nothing profound) but that's fine because it's just me messing around. when i checked to see if the file downloaded, i clicked on it and it opened in itunes. mine seemed to categorize it under thrash metal as the genre even though it's quite possibly the farthest from that. i think i will keep it under that genre regardless. anyways, here is 45 seconds of a song i made on a whim with a friend: alexis & cory "honeyboy"
