july 14th 2008 monday 3:42 pm my scanner is working since the last time i decided to put polaroid shots & 35mm film photos onto it! my birthday is coming up so i am expecting to use my polaroid that morning / day / night / whenever. i got excited when i was shopping today because i passed by the film section and wanted to buy some polaroid film. i looked at all of the film until i realized that i couldn't find polaroid's section... i mean, i knew this was coming, but the chart below puts things into better perspective. august 2009! ugh $$#^x%x)*$$@!#)(! future reference: discontinuation of polaroid film "We hope that you will continue to choose Polaroid products, as we take instant imaging into the digital platform with exciting new products being launched this year." i saw that lomography is selling a few of the fuji instax cameras, but i don't think it's worth it. when will they decided to cease all production? i might as well stock up on as much film right now as i can to last me for trips to cities miles away from here, random objects / people / moments, drunk or sober parties, and special occasions.
