one of the members from nappy roots put my name on the guest list which means i got in for free. i ended up bringing both my 35mm and digital camera. i'm not sure how the prints are going to come out. i wasn't even happy with my digital shots, but it's not that big of a deal. i was videotaping more than taking photos. the show was all right. i didn't know most of the new songs, but i still tried to get into it. my friend was into it way more than i was. the groups that performed before nappy roots were disappointing. it made me glad that i got to get in for free. i got there at 9:30 pm and ended up back at my place around 3 am. april 12th 2008
