Listening to: Jason Mraz
Feeling: beat
So yesterday was state marching festival. It was finally what all the sweat, energy, blood, tears, joy, passion, anger, desire, and love that all the band kids put into one day. Yet, it felt so comfortable, fast, and then gone. We played, and then disappeared. All means now is just a life time of memories and looking back on old video remembering well we did.
Last night was a lot fun. I think I nearly killed Jill though because I was making her laugh so hard that she would have to catch breathe in quite a way that it made me laugh extremely hard. Her laughter then had to end when the senior guys in band had another sleep over. This time it was at Scott's house, and let me tell you, it was quite fun. We hooked up two Xbox's last night, and can you guess what we played from 8 - 4 in the morning. The new and greatest game ever. Halo 2. This game is so awesome and so addicting that I think that I will be playing this game for a very long time to come. Haha, last night if we counted every cuss word said, I think it would total somewhere around 900. Sometimes games really bring out a totally different side in people that is just kind of hidden. It really makes me laugh on how intense people get, myself included. Even with all the yelling aside, it was much fun and everyone always remains friends.
Anyhow, congradulations to everyone who made coffee house. I will be there all four nights, so my guess is that I will either be playing for you or just sitting back and listening to the wonderful sounds of everyone.
As the new week starts now, I am excited. I know that everyone has a chance to do new things, great things, and wonderful things for people.
Sleep Well
Peace
~Kris
