Things have pretty crazy lately. I got to play in the high school regional band last saturday, and as fun as it sounds, the time we actully spent practicing and everything was quite the bore. I think I actually slept more and thought about absolutely then time I actually spent playing. The clinician had just picked music that was so unbelievably boring and easy that no one really cared to put a whole lot of fun and spirit into the song. Jill and I just got done washing our cars. I guess I got to thinking today how hard it is to not always be completely able to rely on your car. My car by all means is not the best looking car around and sure doesn't run the greatest either. I suppose that I just wish sometimes I had a really awesome looking car that runs great and could drive with the abilities that I would like to have in it. Oh well, I guess it is just one more thing that I can hope and dream about and just keep saving money towards. Which brings me to another subject. So I definetly need to get a job and perferably soon. I was thinking about possibly becoming a life guard but I would have to spend a lot of money on just getting trained, certified and all that other junk that goes along with it as well. I think I would much rather just become a waiter at some restaraunt where I could work really hard. Interact with lots of people, and hopefully make good tips in the process. I guess right now I just wouldn't mind taking a job anywhere just so I can get money and save for a car (hopefully this Rodeo that my pastor is going to sell). I hope that everyone is enjoying their three day weekend. I guess for some people it is techinically a little more considering Tuesday we don't even have to get up early. Sleep well Peace ~Kris
