Yay just got in from shooting off a crapload of my fireworks (and some of my next door neighbor's) We had a lot of big stuff this year, i think our street is the worst one in town for being messed up, at least 7 families on it were setting off fireworks. Ended up having a big bottle rocket war with some kids next door.. actually i shouldnt say bottle rocket war because we shot everything from firecrackers to roman candles at each other (why do those say don't hold in hand? i held every single one in my hand as i shot it and i'm still fine.. save for a self inflicted lighter burn) Said war ended when one of our *SMOKE BOMBS!!* landed in the sack with their fireworks stash.. i heard a couple of pops like a cracker going off, and then the whole bag just exploded in color and noise. Home team 1, people across the street nada. 'Twas fun - this much i'll say. Except for the bottle rocket bruises that i got. Ouch. Till next time -TK, certified pyro 1st class
