i don't understand how i can continue to get a full night of sleep and still wake feeling tired. i know that fatigue is a by-product of the condition i've got, but damn. every day, it's been like this. i can't just sleep all 24 hours, you know. guhgh. i really want to go out-of-town today, but i've not a clue where to aim for. i think mike feels this way also, but we're both a bit lost for suggestions. it's a bright, sunny, blue-sky day; it'd be a shame to waste. too bad it's still too cold to do most outdoorsy things. this particular weekend (apart from today, perhaps) will be quite busy. last night certainly was, and tomorrow will be spent having a go-round visiting family. we've multiple plans for this evening which begin at 16h; but it's only 0943, and that leaves just over six hours to figure something out. i think i might go purchase another book today. speaking of money (however indirectly): my bank account is actually improving, and i haven't even received my tax returns yet. i'm still by no means well-off (i'm just 'off,' haha), but it's a swell thing to be pleasantly surprised when checking my balances. (i suppose this wouldn't happen if i were better at maths, but i like depositing an amount and then finding that the total begins with a higher number than i'd sub-consciously assumed.) it's the simple things, really. =P ugh, i have to cleannnnn. i really don't want to spend to-day on that, but if we can't figure out where to go or what to do, we might be stuck with it. as for the small few of you that still read my humble little posts: if you liked the photos i've posted from austria, let me know if you'd like to see more from other parts of the trip. i might just do it again anyway, as they're cheering, but vote on it anyhow; and, while you're at it, pick a country: england france germany austria the netherlands be warned: if you don't offer your two cents, you might just get stuck with photos of the cat. =P huh. at next weekend, i'll be 26. _______ 0959 CDT 11 apr 09 - saturday
