Feeling: weird
I am so exhausted from my workout that I don't think I can even get to my room. lol. I upped my weight I am now curling with 45 lbs. :) My arms are still growing. With the new weight I did 3 sets of 10 curls, 20 situps, 10 reverse curls, and 10 pushups. That isn't a lot of sets for me, but I was never using that much weight. It feels like it did when I first started lifting again. By the time my birthday gets here in October I am going to be ripped. My buddy is going on the juice and wants me to get on it, but I won't do it. I am gonna be all natural muscle cause that shit can make your heart explode. I tend to overdo everything, so I know I would take too much and push myself too hard. I am going to bed soon. Talk at me. later
