Ahhh, how getting an offer for a new job can brighten your outlooks on every little thing in life. If you can read, and if you are reading this I assume you can or someone that can read is reading to you....then you have probably seen my past sadly silly/annoyed enteries on my job and how it sucks....WELL NOT ANY MORE! Ya, I switched to a new position at work that all I do is pull boxes off the delivery trucks, open them and make sure what they were supposed to send is there, and then put it on a cart for some other grunt to put it onto shelves....so simple, so nice, so peaceful. I even get to listen to music and be as loud and obnoxious as I like to. And boy! I like to... So, as good as that is, I need money. Don't we all. I mean, I want to move up from entry-level crap and into a good job. I got a year left of college and all I have ever done is crappy retail or fast food work. Screw it! Got an offer from a customer that I sold a TV and computer to for a job at the business he is just about to expand...all I would do there is contact businesses to print gift cards for them and offer to distribute them to clients, then take those cards and sell them to another smaller business to use as a handout to their customers to say "thank you." Example - I get 5,000 cards from Dairy Queen for a free ice cream cone, then I sell those cards to ABC Automotive repair 500 at a time to give to their customers. Advertizing without my personal hand anywhere near the real customer! And the customer gets a value too! What an ingenious idea, huh? It's comission based too...so I could make about 4-5 times what I do now for the same hours of work! AHHHHHHHHHH! What the heck am I doing?! Ya! Exactly!! TAKE THIS JOB AND SHOVE IT! I'm gonna go be a marketing salesman! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Anyways....hello. :)
