sucks so much energy out of me that it makes my knees shake i cant stand. i fell down and stared at the floor for god only knows how long it takes practise i tired for about 20 minutes and only got a quarter of what i should have i hurt so much that i cant lie flat i curl up in a ball and walk like a hunchback sick to my stomach lining in my own filth
