Well my meet sucked yesterday, hmmm where should i start. First, it started out a good day i was at girls camp it was the last day and we were boating. I got to get on the tube first becuase i was leaving. It was so fun, David Perkes was driving the boat and he would take me over bumps and go fast. Then the stopped and ask if i wanted to go slower or fast (Mild Salsa or Hot Salsa) I told him that i wanted more bumps and to go faster!!! So the start the boat again and i am going dang fast. He wips me out into the side of the wake where i can hit lots of bumps. Then he would go in cirlces so that i would hit bump. Then after a while he was trying to see how much i could do before i fell of. So he spinned me really fast over a bump and i felt me self slip from the tube. I went skidding across the top of the water. It was amazing that i didn't brake any bones.
Then the first bad thing of the day happened i had to go home early becuase i had to go to the HAST meet.
Second bad thing of the day... i find out that also my grandma and grandpa are also in the car so all of their luggage from going to Jackson Hole is in the trunk along with both of my parents, that means that there was no room for my stuff so i had to leave it and have it come home with Shelly Blakley. GGRRR
Third bad thing...I get to the meet and i had signed up for the 100 back... don't ask me why... somting about trying new things. anyway i think becuase i haven't swam the event in like 4 years that i can beat my time. Nope i got 2 seconds slower, but whatever it is just the back stroke i don't really care.
Fourth bad thing of the day... the meet is taking so long that by the time it gets to the 400 free it is 10:00pm that is what time i swam it at. It felt so good when i started the race i was staying up with everyone. i thought for sure i was going to at least drop time... guess again i got slower by a second. i am really mad about that it felt so good i had got to the point where i thoght that i was going to barf. I finish and look up at the clock and there is a pole in my vision of the clock all i can see is 1:_8.13 i was so hope full i thought for sure that said 1:08.13 that would mean that i got my state time it ended up being 1:18.13.
There was one good thing bout that swim. My mom said that if i were to kick on ever lap she would pay me $5 for ever lap that is $40 dollars. and i did get the $40.
well theres my soppy story for the day.
