80 degrees F with the crickets buzzing of our gossip in the background, sitting by the lake with no worries to hold me back, no comprehension of having to work the next day, sleeping in and being lazy because i can, meeting people who will keep me comforted, a night ending with a great sunset and movie to keep me dreaming for my own for years, and to take five minutes to put a happy diary entry in. these are my summer days...... like they should've been.
