I am wired! Originally dreading the first day of second semester, I surprised myself by actually seizing every opportunity for what it's worth.. making the entire day worth the while- getting up before the sun rises, driving to school solo- and highlighting the more depressing moments. No Susanne was actually ok. I missed her on the way to school. The passenger seat was empty but I'm resilient and reunited with a few old friends from classes two years ago. I'm taking sociology, which is a regular level class, so I see many friends I normally would not encounter in an honors or AP course. And Caroline, my best friend from second grade and archnemesis during those weird awkward middle school days, is being abnormally affable... !
