WHOO-HOO! So I went to get a diagnotic on my car today. I ended up going to the Nissan dealership here in Blue Springs....so they called me at work to tell me that it is the distributor that's fucked up w/ my car. THEN they proceeded to tell me that it would cost over $600 to do the job! Yeah....that fuckin pissed me off. Of course I declined...and when I got home I called around and shit to get other prices. Well...O'Reilly's said it would be $140 for the distributor and $60 for the core. THEN I called up Firestone...and I don't know if they heard me right or some shit...but they said it would only be a whopping $56...INCLUDING LABOR! I don't think he misunderstood me...but I'll call again in a couple days to check again. But still....that makes me fucking thrilled! Although I am kinda pissed that Chris and I had this shit planned to where I would pick my car up today, from Nissan, but instead he fucked me over and just HAD to get parts for Mary's car. I don't see why he couldn't have done that like...say...WHEN I WAS AT WORK FOR 6 HRS....but whatever. Now I can't get it until Monday, cause Nissan's closed on the weekend, and I don't know if Chris is going to be available. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!! But oh well...I'm hella happy that at least now I know what to do to get my car running! YAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!^_^!!!!!!!!! In other news, I went to Rockfest on the 11th! It was pretty fuckin bad-ass...although I did get a sunburn...which sucked for a few days...but now I'm about completely peeled. It was great though! It rained earlier in day...and with a good 25,000 people on the grounds it got muddy as fuck! I'm talkin mud that comes up to your ankles and shit. That place was completley trashed by the time it was over. I was finding pairs upon PAIRS of matching sandles that people ditched because of the mud. The bands were pretty good...although Static X pissed us all of cause they only played like 3 or 4 songs and had to leave. That was crap. But Seether was damn good. They played "Change" by the Deftones...that was fuckin awesome. But yeah...that about sums it up anyway. I don't want to drag out every detail...but yes...it was pretty fuckin sweet.
