It's been a while. Much has happened. Prom: was nice. I really enjoyed the setting and theme. So much better than last year. My time, since then, has been devoured by communists, swingers, flappers, Mickey Mouse, weddings, Casablanca, Al Jolson, prohibition, masquerades, shoes, the day the music died, trying to fight the fire (though we didn't light it), Hoovervilles, Academy Awards, and finding my way on, then bidding farewell to, the yellow brick road, because I believe in rock 'n' roll- it was always burning since the world's been turning.
