Tracy Lee

Listening to: starting a new song
There was a day I ran into a farmer's daughter, Took me home, introduced me to her father Who, I'll be honest, wasn't happy to see me then. Ten minutes later I was running from her father, Caught up fast, took out his revolver, Said "Don't let me catch you eyein' up my firstborn again". Eighty minutes later we were layin in her bed And it was cold but it was warm but it was whatever she said. I don't believe that if you asked me what it meant I coulda told you, cause I've said it, and I'll say it again, There's something in a moment that lasts a lifetime, Something in her eyes that makes me wanna live mine. There's nothing wrong with her That ain't already wrong with me. I am young but I'm in love, Tracy Lee
