I FUCKING LOVE OINGO BOINGO!!

Feeling: alive
I don't know why but this song came on and it always makes me feel so good. It reminds me of when I was a little girl and I'd go to my mom's work and then I would have my little tape player and listen to it on the car ride home and then we'd go down the big hill and i thought it was just so exciting! And I remember I used to sleep in the big boxes at Clark's because I didn't wake up early. And then if i was lucky my mom would take me to a thrift store after. And then I quickly was sick of shopping and begged her to hurry up. And Mallory and Ralene played with the boxes with me. And that one day when Miguel brought the TV in and I watched a movie...I don't remember which movie...Maybe Ferngully (I loved that movie). And those were awesome days. I was thinking about it today and like...I remember things really well by what song was playing when it happened. Like when 867-5309 was playing that one time we drove up to check out Westmont and I was thinking about Bunnie and her house and today I was just thinking about how some people remember things by what they were wearing but I remember it by what song was playing. And the one time "Head Over feet" was playing when my mom and I were driving through the parking lot of the museum and i was talking to her about the song and geez that was awhile ago! And I played the Weezer cd when my dad and I got stuck in traffic on the way up to my brother's and Island In The Sun came on and I just thought of how ironic it was to be playing that while it was drizzling. I miss being young. Being happy. And I remember sitting in the car last summer I believe listeninng to the postal service and the killers while my parents were in this kitchen appliance store and i was with boogie and she started barking at some guy walking by because a bus just let him off. And I was thinking about how badly I wanted those cds. And then my parents got back and took me to best buy and i was SO happy. ok well today was really nice. I played and got 80 bucks and it was so ...unprofessional i guess. but it was great. then we went to lunch/dinner and it was so great just discussing music and shit with jocelyn, linda and my umm...parents. yea. anyway it was a nice change of mood. and it was raining. I <3 rain. I've sorta been talking to this guy on myspace. he goes to ventura and i think he's a freshman. I still need to talk some more to him though because he seems interesting and I love meeting new guys. Last night at Cold Stone's umm...we made friends with the guy. And then we made friends with the guy at Century 16. And umm...we ran away from a hobo. I LOVE going to the movies and going to cold stone's because the most interesting things happen and you see people who it's like really coincidental to run into! Haha...like the time the guy with the water gun was there and he was like...freaking out. Anyway we saw that Mike guy. And we were laughing uncontrollably and the employee (who we made friends with and I don't remember his name) was like "what are you laughing about" and we just kept laughing. And then he was like "yea that's cool. i do that too. where i just start laughing and I have no clue why. (he says this kinda like in dude, where's my car) Like there was this one time I was at Del Taco (we started bursting out laughng because DEL TACO!) and like 20 minutes later i was in the drive thru and this lady was like "can i take your order" and i was like...where am I? why am i here? and i just started laughing." LOL you HAD to be there it was so great. Wow. I felt like typing a lot. I needed to let some stuff out. And now I'm gonna go.
