Anywho.. that's it.. no exercise.. And i started on that.. But you have to take 6 pills a day. And it was kind of hard because i was still in school when i was taking it but i took it right for 2 1/2 weeks and got no results.
Maybe if you take it for like 2 or 3 months like Steph did, you'll get faster results.
