Feeling: torn
I woke up at eight this morning. My Quantum Physics professor was gracious enough to cut me some slack and allowed me to turn in my homework approximately twenty-two hours late. Moments like that jog your sense of cognition. They get you thinking not about why you're there, but how you came to be there. I was a high school student who wanted to be on the sea. Then I was a midshipman who hated being one. Then I was a quitter who loves physics. Then I was a shipyard worker, who was taught what never to be. Then I was a physical philosopher. And all the while, I am in love, in deep, in turmoil, in constantly flowing and subtle, serene chaos. I've never felt so...here.
