God, No such thing

god...touchy subject for some... call me agnostic...atheist whatever! i see no importance in thinking there is a "higher power" so i simply see things as they are, from a scientific point of view. i do not believe there is no god, and i do not believe there is a god, i simply do not need to believe either. to me its as if some people need a crutch. like they need someone to blame for their problems and someone to thank for their good fortunes. i dont see the point. praying to god for you to have a good life doesnt make you have the good life. what actually makes you have the good life is the thought that some "higher power" is helping you out. thats what makes you go the extra mile to do good. its not a god that does it. this is my view of it, yes i know that. i do not need people leaving me comments trying to make me believe what they think. I am entitled to my view. If you see things the way i do thats cool, if not thats fine to. i have no problem with someone believing in god. its all personal opinions. i will speak more about this in the future. but for now, that is all.

to the commenter who mentioned hell... hell isn't what gives people morals. and if it is to some, it shouldn't be. they shouldn't just be created out of fear of going somewhere to suffer. but i'm sure that the author of this diary doesn't want a debate here. fin.

hey....first off, i am a christian that goes to church most of the time, except for like recently....but yeah this is what i always say...if what i believe is right(which is that you go to heaven by believing in jesus and you profess that you believe it with all ur heart), then you have everything to worry about,and if you are right, then i dont have to worry at all...so wouldnt you rather be on the safe side? but i dunno...u have the right to..

sure, you have the right to, but you see, to me i dont need to be on a safe side because nothing is going to happen to me. when i die, my mind is simply dead. when your mind dies, so does your "soul". i dont need to believe that there is a heaven or a hell because they are just places that make it easier for "believers" to accept death.

if you commit suicide sure its over, duh thats the point. but by commiting suicide you dont get to live out your life. you wont see what could happen, because there wount be a could any more. sure everyone has their ups and downs and you may think your life may never get better, but it will, it may get worse first but evetually it will get better. dont kill yourself. you lose a possibilities at a bright and prosperous future.
