11:50am So yesterday was great- not only did I get a 98% on my linguistics midterm, but the only reason I got a 98% was b/c the teacher was being a dumb butt and "needed to take off for something" so he took off 1/2 pts here and there that were SO not necessary. I mean, I wrote the word for word definition for the vocabs and he was like "but I wanted more." yeah. well, he's my favorite teacher, and....if he were only 20 years younger.......so I can't really be upset, now can I?? THEN in german Frau Hennessee used my contribution on blackboard for class discussion! ME! the only non-fluent-actually-sucks-at-german-student in the class! I called my mom later and she got Lucy to say "jenny" (eahnee) and "where-eh-go?" and "dah-eh-is" on the phone. that always makes my day. I'm also so pumped b/c my rents will probably move to the east coast before lucy starts school! ah! that would be so awesome. Ok, so election day...um...yeah. moving on, I washed my sheets today (first time this semester!.... kinda grose now that I think about it) So not only is my bed made, but it is CLEAN which will make sleeping tonight...ok, I was trying to come up with a really clever pun involving clean sheets and dreams, but can't come up with anything. ___________ 10:19pm I really really really should be doing homework right now...as tommy said, "watching the election is so adicting, and yet so boring" I can't wait for my politics class tomorrow to hear Pestritto's comments. He is really hilarious. I didn't think I'd enjoy his class as much as I am! so can't wait to get under the clean sheets!!!
