Happy moms day everyone, well to all the mothers anyway! I was a good son this year, bought my mom a hundred dollar chair swing for the backyard. it's made of metal, no crappy wooden one like we had a few years ago, nice cushioned seats, and a covered canopy to keep the sun off of you on those hot summer days, removeable if you feel like getting some sun. Do you people like my choice of music? Corky And The Juice Pigs are hillarious! I first heard them on Mad TV, funny funny guys! "He was my horny midget love slave!" lmao. We watched National Treasure last night, that flick is awesome! My brother bought it, I will probabaly buy it as well. I think all Nicholas Cage movies are good, he is an awesome actor. Lots of people make fun of him though and dont think he's a good actor. Same thing with Keanuu Reeves, people rip on him all the time, and I think he's a pretty good actor. The Matrix flicks were awesome, i own the trilogy on DVD. All three movies sure made a shit load of money for Keanuu being such a "Horrible actor" What i think is funny is the people that make fun of him, like stand up comics, SNL and Mad TV, they always portray him as an idiotic surfer dude, like in the Bill and Ted movies. Thats kinda lame because he did those movies AGES ago. At least he is still acting, the other guy in the Bill and Ted movies hasnt done a thing since those movies so I think they should be making fun of him lol. I also bought two movies a few days ago, nothing new, older flicks, but they were both under 10 dollars, used.... Blade 2, and The Majestic. I like The Majestic a lot because it's the only movie I know of where Jim Carrey plays a real serious role, not a goof ball like all his other movies. It's a great flick, good drama, good plot, I would recommend The Majestic to anyone who has not seen it before. When I bought that chair swing for mothers day yesterday, I was REALLY tempted to go buy me a PSP (PlayStation Portable) but I really dont have the money right now to throw down 300 bucks for the system and a game right now. It's an awesome handheld game system, but not really worth 250 bucks for the system alone. I think I will wait till it goes down to 150-200 bucks; either that, or wait for the new Nintendo Gameboy, which will be announced at E3 2005 I think, not sure.... Like the PSP, which has PS2 graphics, the new Gameboy will have Gamecube style graphics so that may be better, not to mention Nintendo may fix the pixel problem that some people have with their PSP's. Gamecube graphics are much better than PS2 and XCRAP (XBOX) anyway, so it may be worth the wait till late 2005 early 2006 to get the new Gameboy. Nintendo is always cheaper than PS2 and XBOX as well, because they understand not everyone has the money to spend over 200 bucks for a game system, ESPECIALLY a handheld. So the Gamecube style Gameboy will hopefully only be 150-200 bucks on it's release date. Actually, im not sure but when the Gamecube first came out it may have been 250, but I BELIEVE it was 199.99, PS2 and XBOX were 249.99. Now you can get a new Gamecube for 99.99, PS2 and XBOX still 149.99 which is stupid because PS2 and XBOX arent as good as GC, Nintendo just ISN'T greedy like that. I can't wait for Nintendos new home console, Nintendo Revolution, unlike the Gamecube, Revolution will have much more powerful online capabilities, and MANY more games with actuall online. Thats what I never understood about GC.... it has online capabilities but there are only like 2-3 games in GC's entire library that are online compatible. PS2 and XBOX have a shit load of games online. Im guessing Gamecubs online capabilities must suck compared to PS2 and XBOX, but thats the ONLY thing that sucks. Other than that GC is the better system so im happy i have one. And if anyone besides my friends happens to read this entry, no im not a Nintendo fanboy punk, it's just a fact GC is the better system. But when Revolution comes out I will also get a PS3, I like Playstation (Obviously or I wouldnt be semi-interested in PSP), just not as much as GC. PS2 is the second best system, XBOX is third, therefore crappiest. I will never own an XBOX, not even XBOX-360, fuck that crap. XBOX is a joke of a system with only Halo to back it up. Without Halo XCRAP would be gone already, and thats not saying a whole lot. Happy days everyone! Later!
