What is in this life we're so desperately searching for? Is it the feeling of being loved, just from another being? Feeling accepted from just another peer? This world will not last forever, so why do we look? Though there is one thing we can be certain we've found. Our Salvation. There is nothing anyone can promise, for we're not even promised the next days, weeks, years of our own lives. But one thing remains solid as the rock on which He stood on.
What is it we're looking for? Is there something this life can offer that can fill this hole in my soul? Is there something humanly obtainable to make me feel complete? There is only one thing to fill this void in my heart. Human desires last but a few short moments, but this is everlasting. Everything life offers is obsolete to the grand prize in the end. Where will you stand for eternity? "How can I stand here with you and not be moved by you?" How can a human, a mere mortal ever deserve something at such a high price...death.
Help me fill this void in my soul. Help me find that which I yearn for. Help me to not lose sight of Him. Help me...
I'm in deep thought tonight, and being that I don't have a pencil or paper with me right now, I decided to write it here. I don't want anyone to think that I'm a depressed person lol. Just deep thought tonight.
Michelle- You are my best friend. Many crazy times we've had together and I thank God for everyday that I'm alive so I can talk with you and all my other friends. This school year is going to be a blast with you. I'll keep you in my prayers. Just wait 'til LOTR: The Return of the King comes out this winter. *Movie Night*.
Brian- thank you for being such a good friend, and then some. You truly are a blessing in my life. Hopefully, maybe even I can set an example and help spur your desire to grow in your faith. You're in my thoughts and prayers everyday. Don't lose sight of the important things of life. I'll keep you in my prayers and hope we can be even better friends than now. LOL, don't get me wrong, but it's always good to start out as friends first. See you around work.
Chelsea- You've helped me many times this past school year with my numerous problems. I'll continue to pray for you and your mom and hope everything goes for the best. You and Michelle really are the best of friends anyone could ever ask for. I just wish we could do more things together *movie nights*. We should seriously find our Algebra II class before school starts lol. If not...then oh well.
Stacey- last but most certainly not least. Have a wonderful time at Mom's and stay safe down there. Say "hi" to Jessimica for me and give Chelsea Love my love. Tell Mom to gain some of her sanity back. lol. Tell me any funny things she says down there. Love ya.
