So the first track meet of the year, and it kinda sucked. Well, i guess it didn't suck as much as i did. The hurdles weren't so bad, i actually think i did ok in them, and i might have qualified for sectionals, but i don't know. But in the long jump, i did really bad, according to my own standards. And I know it's only the first meet, and we had almost know time to work on our events, I still feel like i could have done better. But I'm happy for Leen and Kel you both got their PRs in the shot put yesterday. congrats! And definitely listening to Brian Regan all night made the time go by faster. That is one funny dude. So we left earlier than I expected, which was awesome and on the bus ride home Leen and I rocked out to some Matchbook Romance while everyone else was watching parts of Spiderman2 and Van Helsing. I think I eventually fell asleep because iIwasn't talking to anyone and nobody was making any noise. Except Kelsey. Who I could hear from the front of the bus to the back. Anyways, the meet wasn't so bad and now I'm kinda pumped for next Friday. love, Kristen
