So this is the third time that I’ve started this entry. The first two entries I choose ‘super’ as my mood, but now I’m feeling kinda nostalgic as well. On the music channel they’re playing the top ten songs from 1997, and it’s bringing back so many memories… Hanson, No Doubt, Bloodhound Gang, Puff Daddy… yea, it’s all there… and sometimes it’s tragic as hell. Anyways, lets get to the main point of this entry… It’s been a ‘super’ week. It’s been fun-filled with lots of ‘awwwww…’ warm fuzzy moments… and I’ve had the chance to catch up with a few of my friends. YAY. Let’s go for the quick recap. Thurs: * My boss at the call centre rang and offered me an extra hour work every Sunday… that’s an extra $20 bucks a week for sitting on my butt and talking on the phone. Sweet. * Saw my mate Clare randomly on the bus, and had a massive goss with her… haven’t seen her in aggeeeessss. It was fantastic catching up. * Went to radio lollipop, and had a blast. The kids in the hospital are amazing. And, some of the radio lollipop volunteers are hotties ;) * Talked to my mate Cherish online, which was awesome… been a good few weeks since we caught up. * Came home and had a nice long bubble bath. Fri: * First day of filming for my video. And, my gosh, it was the most beautiful day. The sky was such an amazing shade of blue. I was mean and made my crew get up early, and meet up at the studio at 7am. Crack up tho, Blair slept in… he was so apologetic about it too. Cute. * Drove back with Blair to uni after the filming and had a good chat. While we were talking he said that he’d support me not just while we were filming… or something like that. I’m starting to get the feeling that he might like me as more than a friend… and I don’t know how I feel about that. It’s weird. We’re going to the movies on Tues, and he keeps talking about it. V.Cute. * Came home, watched the OC and went to bed. Sat: * Got up and went to work at the cafe. At work I was offered a little promotion, as the weekend manager. Which would mean that I would manage the front staff during the weekend, which I am kinda doing anyway… and get a pay rise. Which is so awesome because, it shows how much my boss’ respect the work that I’m doing at the moment… unfortunately, with all that’s going on the moment I’m not gonna be able to accept. Damn. * After work, came home had dinner then went into uni to dub my footage on VHS. I was glad to find that Pete was also in there. Would have been creepy being in there by myself at night. Pete and I had a big convo about ex’s. He’s such a sweetie. While we were talking he randomly sent me a text message, “Yay gr8 footage! Smile n hv a gr8 weekend”. Crazy Pete. * Left the studios just after Pete, saw him hopping into his car and yelled out goodbye. When I got home I realised that he had tried to ring me, so I text him to say thanks for keeping me company in the studio. And he sent me this message back “Aww thanks beautiful. hp 2ctch up wv u 2moro, wat time ru planin on going in? Called u b4 to ask if u wanted a ride 2ur car, pretty grl lke urself worries me!” ….awww… how cute is that? * Also when I got home I realised that I’d left MSN messenger signed in… and that Jeremy had tried to talk to me… “HEY BIDDY. I notice you. So you don’t have to worry about no1 noticing. And you’ll become something. I know you will. You have success written all over you” …awww… what a sweetheart. * Had a chat to mum about life, work etc. Watched the end of the wedding singer, watched the beginning of Gossip. Went to bed. Sun (today): * Got up, had a shower and went to work. * After work I got a message from Pete “Morning BB hehe figure dat1 out ;) time 2get motivated n cm on in 2uni n edit. Hugz n hv a gr8 day!” …now, I’m guessing he meant beautiful brigid… is that big headed of me? I mean, could just as likely be boring brigid… hehehe… actually that’s more likely. But, very funny. * Came home… blobbed, watched tv. * Came online to write my entry… got distracted by a random phone call from my mate Ce… who I haven’t heard from in AGES (man, this is getting repetitive, lol). She told me all about her new man who apparently looks like ben stiller, crack up since her fav movie is Zoolander. * After I finished talking to her I had the longest convo with my ex that I’ve had for ages, even tho it was only on MSN… and we were talking almost like we used to talk when we were going out. The most notable part of the convo follows… BJ: nuthing too much still single still getting on every1s nerves :) how bout u? Me: awww... u never get on anyones nerves... well, not ALL the time ;) me? still single... still a nana :) BJ: figured u say that lol Me: which part? BJ: single, nana :) i mean hey if i wasnt good enough for ya how is any1 else gona match me :) Me: exactly! altho... you were always too good for me... thats what the problem was BJ: well u can say all you want dude, u were still the only one of all of you that i ever really wanted :) so in my books that makes u pretty special. Me: ...altho, i'll never understnd why.... you must be pretty crazy ;) what is it with this week and warm fuzzies! lol. thanks hun, that means a lot. BJ: lol hey dont you worry u of al people shouldknow that i dun come out with nice stuff too often. u think im crazy i just think ur way too harsh on urself. uv never given urself enough credit. ur gorgeous smart and not up yourself im only gorgeous and smart :) Me: you're gorgeous, smart and funny :) BJ: y thank u :) Yea… he’s a cocky son of a bitch sometimes, but he’s so damn cute, sweet and laugh out loud funny. He hasn’t said stuff like that to me in forever. I was genuinely shocked to hear all that nice stuff… *sigh* so, it’s been a pretty damn fantastic end to the week. Congrats to anyone who actually managed to read that mammoth entry... I wrote it more as a reference for me to look back on... but I spose it gives an insight into my life at the moment. - and here I was thinking it was going to be a crap week, because of all the uni stuff that I had to get through. Isn't that funny? ```````````````````````````````````````````` ...and it continues. Talking to Jarret online... and guess what he just said to me... Jay says: you deserve someone. it would be wicked to see you in love with someone awwwww.... what is this? like be nice to brigid week?! cos, I could totally get used to this :)
