so yeah i didnt wake up until 3 today, and by 750 i was tired again. crazy! i gotta goto court tomorrow. i think we will probably win. im sorta anxious to go, ive never been before. well i went to get my license and when i got tickets, but that doesnt really count. im thinkin its gonna be like judge judy. but stafford style. when i was home over thanksgiving break i was over at my neighbors house and we were getting ready to goto some land they just got when his dog started barking out the window. so we looked out there and we saw two dogs and we thought they were fighting but then we looked closer and they were attacking one of his cats. so we rushed outside and he got the dogs off his cat but it was too late. it was hurt so bad we had to take her to the vet and they said there was a possibility that she wouldnt make it. turns out she didnt. and we had called animal control in the mean time and found out where one of the owners lived and we went over to his house to let him know what had happened and that we would like him to pay half of the bill from the vet. he refused to so we told him wed see him in court. yatta yatta yatta, we got a court date and boom its tomorrow. they found out who the owner of the other dog was and talked to him and he paid his half and was talking about puttin his dog to sleep because it wasnt the first time it had done this. i dont know if he is going to be there tomorrow but im sure the other guy will be. i really hope we win, i have confidence that we will. i mean two crazy killer dogs on the loose? how could they win? what if it was a little kid next time? i just want to make sure it doesnt happen again. we cant change the past but we can prevent something from happening in the future. but i need to get goin, im hungry then i think ill play the guitar for a bit then goto bed.
