Friday I went to Harry Potter by myself afterschool. Whoo. After that I went to Sam's, but he was at Calvin's, so I grabbed the longboard and went there. All the people were actually at the basketball court across the street, so I went there. I played Baseketball (like the movie) with Calvin and beat him by 10 while Sam went with someone to buy cigarettes. When he got back, he went and smoked somewhere, then came back again with a bunch of people and we all played 3 on 3. I was with Nate and Dave, bu then Dave got hurt, so Dan took his place. I missed every single shot except for the last one I took, which was the game-winner, so I was happy I finally made it. After that we went into calvin's for a bit and watched Little Monsters, then to Sam's so I could sleep. I was wicked tired. Today mom picked me up from Sam's around noon, and we went to the mall to get Lily something for her birthday (even though the invitation said to bring money to donate to Teen Missions in lieu of gifts, which I also did). I got her this cool octagonal bracelet...it entertained me immensely, but I knew I had to give it up, so I tried not to get too attached. I also got her this really awesome birthday card. This is what it said: I think that sometime, we should go bowling in Canada, because then when we're old we can say "Hey, remember that time we went bowling in Canada?" Then on the inside, it simply said happy birthday. And that was it. I thought it was amazing. After the mall I drove back to Sam's to wait for his mom, because she wanted me to go with her to Target & Filene's to get her wedding registry all set up. So we went to Target first, and I drove there, and I don't like her car. We listened to Puff daddy, which was also weird. ("It's all about the benjamins, baby...") At target I got this kickass shirt that says "There's no place like home" and has a picture of a trailer. Bahahah. I love it. At Filene's I got nothing, but scanned lots of barcodes with a cool barcode scanning gun. After that Janet took me home, and I got my keyboard & Lily's present and hopped in the van and drove to her house. A few people were already there, but Lily wasn't yet, so that was good. We all hid when she did come, and jumped and yelled "SURPRISE!" and actually did surprise her. She was so happy. So everyone was happy. It was a happy occasion. Tyler and Danny had a dance-off. It was the funniest ehffing thing I have ever seen in my entire life, no-joke. Oh my word. It was absolutely hilarious. I was so entertained. Jon and Martin made a song then played it for us. It was really good, considering they came up with everything, both guitars and vocals, i about 20 minutes. After that we all decided to go bowling in Brewer. So we did. I rode with Amy, Danny, Caroline, Amanda, and Tyler. We talked about whether or not you can get drunk off lemon extract. Apparently it's like, 168 proof or something like that. We decided we're all going to try it at Amanda's graduation party. Whoo. At the bowling alley, the maager guy was in a pissy mood and was being a huge ass to us all. He was standing behind our three lanes just staring and yelling if we did the slightest thing wrong. Gah. He made me so mad. Jon and I were going to attack him, but decided not to. After I bowled one game vs. Tyler, I headed into the arcade where most everyone else had migrated. I got beat for the first time ever in air hockey by Amanda, but later redeemed myself by beating Tyler. I also raced Caroline and beat her, and played pool with SethslashDanny and beat Melissa and Kelly, while listening to Barbie Girl pour out of the jukebox, followed by Seal, which was meant to be Spice Girls. Lily's parents called Monykah's cell around 11:00 saying that my dad was there, so I talked to him and he came to pick me up around 11:30. The alley was closed by then and people were waiting to leave, so i felt bad that he was taking so long. But he finally arrived, and I said goodbye to everyone, and when I left, everyone else left to, some going home and some going to Lily's. So now I'm home, and it's 12:31, and I am tired and want to eat some candy. Au revoir! Out: Gretchen
