Happy Mardi Gras! This past weekend was really good. Friday was coming home. The pep rally was rather boring, but I was so nervous for our game against Hammond that I kept occupied. We lost to Hammond. It was sad. I was so amped on our game and I knew we could win. We were ahead by 7 and then they came back. I stayed for the rest of the games where I got to see Amye Kate! :) Me, Amye, and Ashlee went to Groucho's to get something to eat, and then back to watch the rest of the JV guys' game, and the varsity boys and girls game. There were so many people and I was glad we had such a great turn out. The Jv boys ended up losing, but both varsity teams won. Joe Hayden was Coming Home King. I knew he was going to win, so I voted for Steven Junis instead! :) After the game, Mr. Lowman wanted to take Mrs. Kloss out to dinner. Since she and Amye were staying at our house, he invited me and my mom to go with them. We went to this place called Mo's where the price was way expensive and where goat cheese comes on filet mignon. Amye and I ended up walking over to Za's. Our little 8 dollar meal was well worth it. We walked back over to Mo's where then we got our mom's and went home. I was tired so we went to bed around 1 because I had a game the next morning. On Saturday, I got to CN around 10:15. Our game was at 11. We played them and were winning. The game ended up tied so we had to go into overtime. They ended up winning. By a lot. We stayed for the JV guys game (they won) and then the varsity girl's game (They also won along with the guys) Me, Amye, and my mom went to Chick-fil-a and then to Target. I drove home to prove to Amye I was a good driver. That night we went to D's with Calle, Leslie, Lauren, and Megan. It was good. Then we went to Cold Stone. That was good as well. Amye had to leave on Sunday which was sad. That night, we went to the Leishner's for a Super Bowl party. I got to see Zayden and I was super excited. He was so cute and it felt so great to hold a little baby! Now don't get any ideas...I'm not going to get pregnant. I loved the way they smiled at me when I would do something funny, or the way they would grab my one finger with their entire hand. It was so cute. The Patriots ended up winning. I was glad. Yesterday was boring. Today is Mardi Gras and I didn't really celebrate it. We ate King cake at school and that was about it. I didn't find the baby in my cake, so I am not guaranteed good luck for the rest of the year, nor did I receive the $50 giftcard to Best Buy haha. We won our basketball game today. It felt good to win. Guess what came out to DVD today? The Notebook! I am uber excited because I can not wait to get it! Well, all for now. Later!
