Sallie has cancer. The dog I have grown up with for 12 years is dying. She was the one dog that I actually knew. I love her and I don't want her to die. The vet told us today that she has a large tumor on her leg and the options are to either amputate it and she would go through chemo, or make her wear a large brace, or to put her to sleep. I don't want her to be in pain, and I don't want to be selfish. I knew he time was coming to go. I just didn't want it to be this soon. I love her and I don't want her to die! :'(
