ok so i went to jericho beach today for walking with kev and big kev. it was really nice and there are some hot guys there :p then i was suppose to go to the celebs with bigC and bigK but bigC just went out yesterday and he was worn out. and bigK got sunburned a lil bit too much. so he doesnt wanna go. so i think lets just go for jogging. and i went jogging and went til 48 blocks. which is like A LOT OF Kilometres lol. yay!! and i still eat once a day [altho i have to eat the low fat yoghurt today since its expiring soon] and i still do pushups and situps like usual. :D chris is going to the city on august 20th. I CANT WAIT :D :D :D i hope we're gonna have fun here. ttyl guys.
