Christ knows what this is that I'm listening to. Simon gave me another CD today, this time filled with DOS games and Final Fantasy and more music, but I have never, ever heard of Ladytron. Ever. It's electronica... so I guess it follows on from a conversation about me liking more than just Brit Pop. It's good to listen to while playing full screen DOS Pacman though. ♥ ♥ Changed it to The Knife, I've heard of them before, maybe I know this song? I'll give it a chance anyway. Ah Simon. Well Vince even wore it today, but that wasn't surprising. I stole some of the gift wrapping ribbon and made it into a headband for myself. But I was just so tired. Avril and I were going to have dinner but then I felt like shit so we didn't... she missed her train because she was telling me the story of the family she's staying with in Australia, and all the trouble that is going on [and that she's happy she's going back to Korea for a while]. I guess we got caught up in in because the next thing we knew she'd missed her train and mine was in 3 minutes. But I skipped mine so I could keep her company a bit longer. We were supposed to close early but we didn't. STUPID MELBOURNE CUP DAYYYYY ? ninja!
