Went retro today eating at a dinner that I guess is either from the '50s or is modeled that way. I like old fashioned life. I want to live in a small town with a drugstore( where the owner is in his '60s and knows me by my first name.) and I can ride my bike down to the local gas station and buy some soda pop and gum then go fishing at the local stream(where there would be a bridge too). Like Tom Sawyer, Stand By Me, Of Mice And Men, To Kill A Mockingbird kind of life. As much as I like the '80s, I seem to be growing fond of the '50s. I like nature too. I'm never there and I havent been in forever but I'm thinking I really like it. I'd like to see the sunset one of these days. With pink, orange and red colors. Just breath in the air. I'd like to visit the woods and meet a bear. Maybe like the Bernstein Bears. Well, its all odd becuase I'd also like to live in the big city of New York in a high apartment with a buxom ellagant woman who wears pearls and takes me to all the late night evening affairs. Theres just not enough of life to live is there? I guess the soap is right, "One Life To Live" God how do I know that.
