Its raining here.. a nice comfortable inviting rain. Thunder rolls in the background but its music to me. Rain always seems to make all the ills in life go away for me and wash me clean of everything negative in my world. Rain has always been my element. I remember playing in the rain as a child and I still do it today when its warm enough not to freeze me. Theres something comforting in a deluge, but something terrifying as well. You look outside after a strong storm and see branchs knocked down and leaves ripped from the trees' grasp and know the power of rain but at the same time everything is quiet and clean and if the light is just right you catch a rainbow.
