So, work is going well. Finally, finally, finally, the plant manager accepted one of my instruction sheets. He labeled it 'OK AS IS' and if all goes well on the pedagogical side, I should see it finalized. That happened with another one of the sheets, one that Elizabeth and I kinda co-authored with another gentleman, a physics teacher helping us with the 'teacher' side of our work. Things are going really well. My manager at the Shack, however, is not faring so well. She scheduled me for a full weekend of closing the store AGAIN, and she needs me during the week AGAIN. So, I made her a deal: she could have me Wednesday right after work if she let me out early on Saturday, and took the closing duty herself. She refused. I guess managers really like their Saturday nights off. It's nice to be needed at work, I suppose. :)
