Deep Purple

For those about to rock.... ahhhhh damn it was a good night. i spent the 29th with my uncle and getting pumped up to see deep purple play. he once told me that if i had a "things to do before i die" list...then i have to have- listening to smoke on the water live- on it....i thought he was joking, but now after hearing it, i recomend to any rocker out there to take up the chance if eva given it. to hear the beat of the bass guitar and the drums kick in to your chest so hard that it fucks with your hear beat, is sumthing that i wouldn't give up. after fueling myself (with the finest) boag's and some crownies...me and uncle mark started to make our way to the huge event. seeing status quo warm up for the deep was a sight as well. these dudes of rock...up there...hitting the age of around 65, but still intouch with the true meaning of rock and roll. quo weren't really my style, but i was heard to be singing at the top of my voice..."rocking all over the world". but fuck me...when Deep came on...i was pumped. their first few songs were slow and crap, but then they started to get going. beautiful classics like black night, space trucking and of course SMOKE ON THE WATER!! after deep purple finished no one moved and we cheered and clapped until out voices were sore and our hands were red. finally after what seemed a life time, the deep came back out and played their last song. not one person was sitting down. it will be a night that i will remember for sumtime to cum. leaving the event covered in sweat...and my ears ringing so loud that i had to lean into people that were talking (or shouting) at me, just to hear. the deep weren't anywhere as good as AC/DC. but i was too young to really understand what i was doing when i saw AC/DC....i want to see the masters of rock again, just so i can truly understand the meaning or ROCK AND ROLL.

&well, i honestlyy DO see your words as deep. it's not that youu took them from kung fu movies or other people; it's the fact that youu believed in them enough to incorporate those words into your own life.

&that's just impressing. reallyy.
