My mom makes the best chocolate chip pancakes. Nature makes the best grapefruit. --- I'm an honest person. So I'm going to be honest about honesty. I get confused about it. We are all told to be honest, which means to tell the truth. Yet, the truth is usually this ugly, unwelcomed thing that everyone despises. People cover their ears when truth starts screaming in them. They'd rather be comforted by a lie than face the cold facts. So beat the crap out of those you care about with honesty or give hugs by lying? It's tough. I guess it depends on the situation, but I'm speaking general here. Yes, honesty can be overrated at times.. but i'm sticking to it. As for me, I like the truth. I like to speak it. And I'm just going to accept the fact that people aren't going to be dancing to hear it. ---- Our english cirriculum is finally letting us read the classic book, To Kill a Mockingbird. Boo stabbed someone with a pair of scissors! Ha! It's amazing so far.
