I arrive at inconvenient times.

Being John Malcovich is one insane movie. i had to tell you all that before I got started on this entry. --- Worthy-of-being-mentiond-on-blog highlights of this week: -Lacrosse season started. It's dominating my pathetic muscles. Soar and tired is me. As i type, my knees are just throbbing with pain. But I'm going to duke it out because I like lacrosse. Mainly because of the people. Their all great kids, even the new freshmen (which includes my sister!). I always bond with the new kids. I dont know why. I think I have more 9th grade friends than 11th grade friends. Fine by me. -English class updates: I got Kurt Vonnegut as my author for the research project. I started reading his stuff and I'm in love with his writing style. Dark humor- wahoo! Also, my team of me, Mike, Sam, Rozz, and Julia won for the intense trivia game called To Kill a Mockingbird Madness. We got bonus points! I needed those after starting off this semester lazy. Let's just say, my interim wasn't chocolate chip cookies. Dont ask. -The parents surprised us with a new guitar. This one isn't child sized and shitty. It's actually nice one and the wood on it is real purrty. The sound is so much better that I feel more confident. So I've been practicing more. I've got the basic chords down and my fingers are getting better at changing notes and all. Big thanks sent out to Thursday Guitar Club for helping me out. - We finished our sculptures and are moving on to painting in art. I was pleased with my scuplture. It was a guy crawling. The paint job I did sort of made it look like he was stuck in the ground. But his one foot wouldnt glue down. Tacky glue wasn't so tacky now, was it?! And for my painting, I'm doing this retro looking girl with a ribbon in her hair and pearls on her neck. Should be fun. -I've been wearing slippers to school. It puts me and my feet in a good mood. I don't see why more people don't do this. I see this girls wearing those pointy-toed heels that make loud clicky noises and I just want to scream 'WHY!?' I mean, gosh- there's some soft, warm, cozy slippers just waiting for you to put them on. Don't leave them alone. Slippers have feelings too! Personification= fun. -I was walking down the hall and I randomly found myself in conversation with this boy. What do you know? He was the boy who kept showing up in my cute dreams a few months ago. '!' Kind of cool to actually meet him in real life. --- Buddy, don't worry. You'll be fine. I always say this, but its true.. you gotta feel pain to appreciate happiness. And all the while, 'In high tide or low tide, I'll be by your side.' (I dedicate this Bob Marley song to yoU!! lol) --- Two questions: Is it weird that I have a passion for the Weather Channel's cheesy jazz music? Did anyone else hear the story about the rapist midget clown?

Never heard of trainspotting. But Big Fish is one of my most favorite movies. Not only because I'm in love with Ewan Mcgregor, but it's just an amazing story.
