Today at practice i did 10x100's pace.. ok so i was sprinting to try to get my pace. I don't know why .. well ok i do im sick... but lately i haven't been able to heal, like i will weight lift and it will take me like a week to recover from the one practice. Oh well! don't really care. I'm staying at Chelsea's this week. Its going to be amazingly fun! I hope that i don't annoy her.
