Off the Deep End

It is official. I have finally stepped off the deep end. Exams are almost over, I'm getting ready to start work. Life is finally looking…mellow. My brother’s fiancée asked me to be in the wedding as a bride’s maid. *Stares at the chocolate chip cookies sitting next to the computer and sighs before tossing them in the garbage* You KNOW what that means now don’t you? Yeah, It’s diet time, and frankly I think I need help people! I did it over the summer, but mom was dieting too (I lost like 20 lbs.!…but gained it all back plus 10). I really don’t know what to do? Weight watchers was ok for a while but all the counting finally pissed me off and I quit. I could probably do low carb, but I don’t know what I'm doing. I want to make this a success. My goal is 50lbs. before the wedding. Talking to mom it is entirely possible. She lost nearly 70 in less time than I have! The wedding is going to be late October or early November, so I have approximately 9 months to ditch the weight and blubber. Help me out friends! Gimme advice: What works for you? What is a good plan to follow? Is there any sort of exercise you would recommend above all the rest (things I can do in or near home without joining a gym)? In desperate need of advice and support to make this work – please help! ~ the girl on a mission

*annoyed at previous post* Idiot. J, you know the drill. Watch your portions and do something cardio-ish, like walk at least 1/2 hr. You can do it! JT
