ok so ive been gone a little lately. yes i kno, and for that i am sorry. Im back tho, yet again, because of the initial person who persuaded me to start this blog and to get ppl more involved with my life, yes hardial thanks again. So yeah im on 3rd changeover from kamp, 1st and 2nd sessions where amazing, 3rd was a bit slower but hey, it was still fun. lemmie recap the summer in one word: Ricki. :D yeah incase u didnt notice i now have a gf which is the stupidest thing to do because in exactly one month today, i have to leave for school in switzerland for a year. stupid me. anywho we got together during pre-kamp (june 26th to be exact) and have been together since. she didnt get to come up 3rd session cuz of her knees, but i think i convinved the head "chef" that she could be a kitchen staff volunteer. i really hope she comes up. she's pretty awesome and it would be a great considering id only have 2 weeks left afterwards if she didnt come to kamp. in other news i owe hardial 20$ for hooking up with an outrageous amount of ppl this summer, a number that will be represented as #X for now, but woah she is pretty im pressive. she's an awesome kid that one and im glad i got to know her better this summer. its kinda weird cuz i was really expecting to get to know the LITs more this summer (like austin) but i never see him and its kinda disapointing cuz i know ill be gone next year and ill barely get to talk to him then. i feel like im losing my old, good friends (austin/miju) and that im hanging out a lot more with jill, which is great cuz i love that crazy kid and we have a ball together, but i dont wanna lose everyone else at the same time. make any sense? There's this kid in my tent, he's a JC with me, was an LIT with me last summer and am so surprised he's back. he bugs me so much and is just so annoying and has no respect for others and at times seems so fake its digusted but like whenever something major happens he's there. its like when my friend of 5 years got fired, this JC ran up to see him and say goodbye and was all teary and all and it pissed me off cuz he barely knew the kid and it all just seemed so fake. He's actually been rated the WORST JC (junior councellor) cuz he's so rediculously lazy and is never there. i really hope im up there and that i get some sort of JC honor, whether it be like GT or assistant, cuz it'd be cool. GT is green triangle and is a staff thing where u have meetings almost every night at midnight and pretty much the weekend the kampers leave (ie postkamp) u put on a show that mocks every single other staff member at kamp. its pretty huge, but its an honor that only staff knows about (and i guess hardial now too :P). but assistant u only find out on the last wednesday of kamp, but its an honor infront of the whole kamp (kampers and staff) and it means that ur assistant to the leader of either the lumbermen or voyageur teams which is like the main event of the summer. the L&V games last 3 days and are the most intense thing ever. anywho i think i'd prefer GT cuz its such a huge honor, but id die of lack of sleep, but it'd be worth it. its late now, time to go to bed. i miss Ricki and hope she comes to kamp tomorrow.
