Out of all the school years i've been through, this one has deffinatly gone by the fastest. I didn't really want the summer to end because it was going so well, but the school year was way better. The football games were the best, i went to every game except for the last one. At the first one i met Seth, through dustin, and at first i thought he was kinda strange but then i changed my mind and thought he was pretty cool. Lesley made the comment, "I think he likes you, everywhere you go, he goes!." And turns out he did like me but i deffinatly wasn't interested in being more than friends. Which we ended up being, best friends. And then.. there was homecoming. Dustin, somehow or another, finally got the hint that i liked him.. after 4 months! So we decided to go to homecoming together. The night before we tailgated at the football game and it was really cold and rainy but we still had fun. Makayla socker-punched him in the eye while screaming, "I WANNA PLAYY!!" Homecoming day i remember seeing Ronie when i went to get my hair done and he came in and talked to me. So finally me dustin seth heather stacey and lj all went to Olive Garden and stood around talking for an hour waiting for our table, we let Chelsea and Vince join us so that they wouldn't have to wait a really long time. I swear the waitress though we were insane..We got to the dance and snuck in the back door, without even meaning to, we had tickets and everything! But we all danced and had a really good time. Afterwards we went to dustin's house until 2am watching movies. It was the first movie night of the school year. And trust me, there were many more where that came from. Every Friday night, no matter who was there and who wasn't, there was a movie night, which then led to playing kick the can for hours on end because we couldn't afford anymore movies. Me and heather would be a source for entertainment getting flpped and tickled all the time. Then there were the nights we would lay on dustins's GIANT bed playing halo until all hours of the night, or until we fell asleep. I was then, forced to move into a new house, leaving my famous "WALL" and leave being so close to Elizabeth and Dustin, but it wasn't all that bad. A couple days before Christmas me and seth got into a car accident and came not even an inch away from the streetlight pole. The next day i had to go to Lynchburg with Dustin and Heather to see their mom. Then there was New Years Eve, me dustin seth and heather, alone, in a house, with too many movies, soda, and hyperness. We watched the ball drop and then all slept over there. The winter formal wasn't long after that when me, stacey, and heather went dress shopping together. Heather stripped a manican and all, but we found the dresses we wanted. Which ended up being a complete waste because we stayed at the dance for an hour before we left and went to Taco Bell and Seth's apartments to play pool. The apartments were always fun because we would take really long walks and lay in the grass to look at the stars. But eventually, Seth moved into a house and we all helped. Well, me and heather were busy getting in mischeif. Whether it was building a fort out of cardboard boxes in his attic, playing soccer, drinking too much soda, or playing in kid playhouses, we always found a way to get into trouble, even if we weren't trying. One day we made up an entire song for our "Magnum Cracka" band at lunch. Lunch was ALWAYS full of laughs with Nicole, Brittany, Mark, Lane, Matt and a bunch of other people. We would talk and laugh and sing about a bunch of random, stupid stuff. Then there was tennis for the last gym choice. Me, Nicole, Brittany, Lane, and Crystal played together and went insane everyday. I would always go eat A lunch with everyone on the days that i had health and by-golly i never got caught! Then, of course, it was Dustin's turn to move but it was only a couple blocks away. Then there was the night that me, Luke, Dustin, and Matt went to the go-cart races and in the car we did donuts and couldn't find our way out of a dead-end it was so dusty. Not long afterwards me and seth got into a really big fight and we didn't talk for a month because he decided to smoke again =( Prom finally came which was REALLY fun. Me and dustin worked our way to the middle of the dance floor and danced the ENTIRE time. There was crowd surfing and someone almost fell on us though. Me and heather dared to go to a tanning bed and swore we were gonna die, but were still here. I can never forget heather's stalker that we named earl, who eventually ran into her, literally! hmm.. what else.. oh! Me, seth, heather, and dustin woke up early one morning and drove to the Chesapeake bay and ended up getting sunburned. I would go with them to the bay everytime that they went and we would always have a lot of fun. One weekend Elizabeth came over to my house and we painted my room GREEN! but i think we missed, beacuse we ended up covered in green and white paint, we took picures and then decided to go to Kroger, yes, with the paint still on us. We got many reactions.. hmm.. Stacey and Lj were forced to break up their 11 month relationship because of his good-for-nothing mother, but they seem to be working things out. Seth and Heather are always on and off. No matter how much seth has changed and how much Heather hates it, i think their gonna end up back together one of these days. Me and Dustin are still together and hopefully will be for a lonngg time. what else.. what else.. ohh. Today was my last day in English class and the teacher handed back our letters that we wrote to ourselves on the first day of school that she stapled and stuffed in a closet for no one to read but us on the last day. Mine said: My teacher is insane, nice, but insane, and i've only been here for 20 minutes. Josh Balsom is in this class and he's freaking me out because he's giving me strange looks and winking. Matt is on my bus, which is incredibly awkward because we never speak anymore. hm.. Everyone that i haven't seem in the summer is coming up to me saying.. "Julie?.. WOW! I've never seen you without your glasses!" um. oh! i can't stop thinking about last night with dustin it was really fun and i really like him and all but i'm wondering if i'm getting myself worked up for nothing, because i no that we'll probably never go out or anything because were too used to being best friends, oh well.. what else is new? i have to turn this in now.." Funny heh? yeah, i thought so too.. So now i'm in class a week before summer starts and thursday night is dustin's graduation which i don't think im ready for. This year has gone by SO fast and i no there won't be another one like it. One day i'll look back on these memory..uh.. essays? and remember the good times ive had with everyone. I'm lookin forward to it..
