i think im goin crazy!! so im really sorry if last night i said ne thing that offended anybody b/c i dont remember waht ahppened!! all i no is when was at the game wit lauren brand i was fine and happy!! and then when i got home just member being over whelemd and crying!! depression=(noun, verb , adjective, dont no dont care)not being sate of being low. caused by not being able to control ur body when overwhelmed with emotion! a defense mecanizm kicks in and u go into depression!! well that what i think at least!! well im not depressed b/c im overwhelmed but imnot low and i have learned over all of my years of being depressd how to handle it!! so i dont no what happend last night! i think im goin crazy b/c i went ot bed at 8:30 in tears noing exadtly what i was mad or upset about and i heard somthing i dont no what i think it was in my head and i woke up paced up and down thw hall way and then got int the shower!! i couldnt havebeen sleep walking b/c i remember doin this!! and then i got out the shower relized it was not mornign but 11 o clock so i started to think and figure out waht was wrong and i coulndt membr ne thing!! so i went back to bed and that morning i coudlnt member n e thing either! i still dnt some people helped me but i still dont understand!!
