Wow, so much has happened since l'eggo my ego... For starters, Adrian and I moved into the new apt. My mom was up for the weekend with julius and my grandma, Mamita. She met Adrian and loved him. She keeps reminding me that i'm 'getting old, [and] need to get settled'- translation: get married! She's very old school like that. And i mean, it's part of their salvadoran culture. For instance, i have a cousin who is nearing 30 and everyone is like, worried about her because she's not married yet! it's sad. Anyway, mom's birthday was that day so after helping me move and whatnot, we had a little cake and sang happy birthday. It was really fun. It's kind of sad that we can't really do much for kevin's birthday- we're going out to lunch on sunday with his mom, and then to dinner on his actual birthday. i already know what present i'm getting him, though!! heehee. i think i'll buy eddie izzard, dressed to kill. everyone should own that. and i don't. though i recently bought the Kids in the Hall season one, and it's highlarious!! oh yeah, updating..ok, so i moved in, got a printer, got the internet (BIG YAY, NO MORE LIBRARY!!) and got a massive raise at work!! I'm the manager now, so i have a lot more responsibility. Dad left for the Philippines and i have his van, too. it's fun to drive. Grant had a birthday and i went down, with adrian, and we took julius to grant's bowling party. was it just me or is there friction between steph and i? hmm..maybe it's just me. i feel like i can't be myself when she's around.i just want to hang out just grant and me sometime. probably won't happen, though, he's so busy and she's just always there. it was great seeing the family, and since i don't see jim anymore, seeing his lookalike here in orlando is the next best thing!! haha. julius is up here visiting this week, and i feel kind of bad that i haven't had much tiime to 'hang out' since i work so much, but he has his video games so he's kept busy. i've been on atkins and lost nearly 10lbs already! yeehaw!! i'm thinking i'd like to take the van to titusville or something, a mini road trip..though i can't cause i have to work. work work work. we'll be going to new york soon, and then, 2 weeks later, school will start! i have class at 7am!!!damn. but it's with kevin, so we'll keep eachother up. i've lost my license, and adrian needs to get a passport to go to el salvador.
