finally lol sry people i am really busy at the momment and i haven't found time to write. and this chapter kinda sucks but hey its a chapter non the less.
It seemed like the questioning went on for hours. Robbie stayed with me the entire time. We probably left the police station around 11:00 at night. Janine drove us home. It was dead silent the whole way. When we got home we all took showers and went to bed. It felt so good to be on my own bed again. I was almost asleep when someone crawled in beside me. I opened my eyes… “I hope it is alright that I stay here tonight. Robbie whispered in my ear. I curled up to him and felt tears go down my eyes. For the first time since my mom died I felt the depression I should have felt weeks ago. I cried myself to sleep. I woke up with Robbie’s arm wrapped tight around me. I fell back asleep and when I woke up I was alone in my room. I looked over at my clock and it was 1:32 pm. I got up and walked to the bathroom and looked at myself in the mirror. I didn’t realize how bad I looked. I had red bruises down my cheek form when those men hit me. I had a black eye as well. I lifted up part of my shirt and looked at my stomach. I had big bruises and cuts down my stomach. Then I saw how much weight I lost, you could see my full rib cage. I stepped on the scale and I almost fainted. I weighed 117lbs. before I was kidnapped and now I was 99lbs. I walked downstairs and everyone was there. I looked at Anna and Keera… They were in worse shape then I was, they also looked like they had lost about 20lbs. as well. Robbie walked up behind me and looked at me. “Wow you guys are in really bad shape… are you sure you’re okay? We all nodded. Robbie was going to stay at our house just incase those men came back to get us. The kidnappers were still out there, including my father. “I’m not sure if you girls remembered this but… it’s Christmas Eve Janine said with great excitement. Christmas was Janine’s favourite holiday. I looked around the kitchen. All the decorations were up. “I put all the decorations up last night. I know it is usually a family tradition to put them up together but considering the circumstances, I guess we couldn’t Anna, Keera and I all ran over to Janine and gave her a big hug. “Alright promise we don’t mention our weeks of hell during Christmas please… I just want to have a great Christmas asked Anna. We all agreed. “Oh god I still have to wrap my presents! I ran upstairs. Keera and Anna must have got the same reality check as I did because they followed me upstairs and ran into our separate rooms. Then I remembered I need paper and scissors and tape. I opened my door and saw Keera and Anna each at their doors. After that we all collapsed laughing. That was the first time I had laughed in weeks.
