I'm somewhat sad and angry to say that my pride in this country has fully diminished. I want to cry out of frustration and anger out of what has happened, what will continue to happen and knowing that I can't do anything to change any of it. People always say "just two more years." But I can't wait that long- the world's health doesn't have that long: as T.S. Eliot said, "In a minute there is time for decisions and revisions which a minute will reverse." I mean, lives can change within the split of a second. There are 63,072,000 seconds in two years.
