Listening to: Zilch..

Trust is a very complicated thing.
No matter how well you know a person, they may never trust you.
Many people trust easily.
They put trust into someone until they do something that causes them to loose trust in you.
Others, you have to work to earn it.
The more you get to know some one the more they realize what they can and can't trust you with.
Some say they have trust in others but don't.
When they think you are a threat they freak out and expect the worse from you.
Others completely trust someone but are afraid to show it.
Like if they showed that they trusted you it would get taken advantage of and they would possibly get hurt.
Trust appears to come hand in hand with fear.
Maybe you have been friends for 4 years. She knows that you would never hurt her intentionally, but she doesn't trust you. She seemed to trust you all those years but the second she viewed you as a threat all trust is gone.
Blinded by fear.
Maybe the trust was never there. Maybe it seemed she trusted but it was really just the fear that she secretly had.
Keep your friends close but your enemies closer.
It's crazy how relevent that can be in your life, with your friends. When you are threatend by a friend you have soo much more control over them than you would if they weren't so close to you, you can keep tabs on them, you can sway their decisions, and you can make them feel bad with one look.
Even if they aren't doing anything wrong.
When you really think about it, you realize you may not really know your friends.
But you do.
